Your cycle data — you delete it yourself

Everything you log stays on your phone: periods, flow, symptoms, notes, custom fields, intimacy logs, reminders and settings. We never receive it, so there is no copy for us to delete.

To erase it: Settings → Privacy & Security → Erase all data. It is immediate and permanent. Uninstalling the app removes the same database.

How to request account deletion

Signing in is optional. If you used it, delete the account in two steps:

Email hello@myluna.ro from the address you signed in with, with the subject Delete my My Luna account.
We reply to confirm once it is done. Nothing else is required of you.

Signing in with Apple or Google? Email us from the address that provider gave us, or tell us which provider you used.

What is deleted, what is kept

Deleted: the account record — your email address, a name if your provider shared one, the account ID, and every session. Plus any cycle days you had synced to our server, and any share you had published to a supporter.
Kept: nothing. There is no retention period, no backup copy held back, and no anonymised residue — unless a law obliges us to keep something, in which case we will tell you what and why.
Timescale: within 30 days of the request; usually the same day.
Not affected: the data on your phone. Deleting an account does not erase your device, and erasing your device does not delete an account. Do both if you want both gone.

Deleting your data without deleting your account

You don't have to choose all or nothing:

Erase everything, keep the account: Settings → Privacy & Security → Erase all data, with the also delete the server copy option switched on. Your account survives; the data does not.
Stop syncing, keep what is on your phone: turn sync off in Settings. Nothing further leaves the device.
Cut off a supporter: disconnect them in Sharing. What they could see stops being published immediately.
